Mentoring Program

Purpose

Provide CNM members with an opportunity to establish a relationship with a person of faith from industry who helps members address challenges and overcome obstacles in their career/job search.

Participants

The program is currently available to members of CNM who are unemployed or underemployed and are proactively seeking new/better employment.  Mentors are selected from our parish communities and who volunteer to share their time, talent and relationships helping others.

Format

Relationships are typically structured 1:1 so as to allow those relationships to develop further between mentees and mentors.  Either participant can conclude the relationship at any time.

Style

The program is fairly informal where the participants define and agree on the scope of the relationship, including the establishment of objectives, desired results, deadlines and accountability.
